Below are links to all of
the fundraising letters we have composed. These are really, truly the
final drafts (I really truly hope!). The first three below are
identical except for the "dear _____". They are all in both
PDF and MS word formats. The PDF's will hold their formatting on the
web. MS word does not always hold it's formatting, so be warned.
If you are still having trouble with the MS word files CALL BECKY
(425-802-1262) and I will e-mail them to you....
So when sending out these letters you should include:
1) the letter
2) a self addressed
envelope to return donations to us (fold 3 times to fit into outer
envelope). Address for return envelope is:

the outer envelope should also use the above address as the return address,
OR you can use the VV address as the return address on the outer envelope.

Consider including a Chris Halperin Clinic brochure...
5) Get
addresses for WANP and AANP off of the websites under the "find a
doctor" search engine....

So, there should be an outer envelope with a hand written address to
your potential donor, and Jason and Cara's address above as the return
address. Inside this outer envelope should be a letter, possibly a
Chris Halperin brochure, and a self addressed return envelope folded 3
times to fit into the outer envelope. The return envelope should
have the above Jason and Cara address both as the mailing address and as
the return address. You can see why printing the labels makes that
faster....
