Decadent, rose scented herb infused gel reduces the appearance of puffy eyes and dark circles. Contains green tea for the flavonoid and caffeine content, witch hazel and horse chestnut for their astringent properties, eye bright and hibiscus both reduce water retention and make skin appear tighter. Also contains vitamin A, C and K to reduce the appearance of dark circles.
